Conference "National Spring Festival – Song of Hearts"

Thanks to the unprecedented efforts of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, our Honorary PresidentHero Arkadagly Serdar, every day is filled with holidays and celebrations.In 2026,"Independent, neutral Turkmenistan – the homeland of purposeful winged horses" the main direction of the state policy of our Hero Serdar, the Turkmen people enthusiastically celebrate the national spring holiday – International Nowruz – on March 21 and 22 each year. Celebrations symbolizing the unity and solidarity of our people and their commitment to wise, unique traditions formed over centuries are widely held in all regions of the country. Festive events, exhibitions, and concerts held on the occasion of International Nowruz also contribute to the development of cultural and humanitarian cooperation.A conference entitled "National Spring Festival – Song of Hearts" was held at the Local history museum in Arkadag city. Participants included specialists from the Arkadag City Committee of the Democratic Party of Turkmenistan, as well as faculty and students from the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen State Agricultural University and the Turkmen State Financial Institute, two major higher education institutions in Ashgabat.They delivered presentations and noted that Nowruz, inscribed on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), is a shining example of universal human values such as dialogue, intercultural interaction, solidarity, and friendship. This holiday, symbolizing the arrival of spring, the rebirth of nature, the fertility of the land, and prosperity, reflects the people's aspirations for peace and creativity. At the conclusion of the conference, words of gratitude were expressed to the national leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and Hero Arkadagly Serdar.
